How the assessment works
The Valkyn AI automation value assessment is a free, three-minute tool for B2B teams. It estimates what automating RFPs, RFQs, quotations, approvals, procurement and other manual processes could save, using your own team, salaries and volumes.
What does the Valkyn automation value assessment estimate?
It estimates five things for your business: the annual cost savings range from automating the processes you choose, the hours handed back to your team each year, the team capacity freed in full-time people, the productivity gain (shown as the conservative figure), and how much faster each process could run.
How is the savings figure calculated?
The annual cost of the work is the number of people on each role, multiplied by their monthly salary, by 12, and by the share of their time the process takes. That cost is multiplied by a low and a high automation share for each step of the process, which gives a range. Hours use 1,920 working hours per full-time person. Every assumption is shown step by step in the report, and no figure is generated by AI.
Which processes does it cover?
RFQ and tender response, quotation building, quote and discount approvals, customer order entry, supplier invoice processing, customer enquiries, procurement, sales pipeline and CRM follow-up, work around an ERP or CRM such as Odoo, and management reporting. You can assess up to four at once.
Who is it for?
Any business that runs RFPs, RFQs, quotes, orders or approvals by hand, anywhere in the world: distributors, retailers and trading companies, construction and MEP contractors, procurement teams, manufacturers, equipment suppliers, facility management and energy companies.
Is it free, and do I need to talk to sales?
It is free and takes about three minutes. Your headline estimate appears immediately. Entering your email unlocks the full report: the breakdown per process, the method, a roadmap and a PDF.
Is the assessment available in Arabic?
Yes. The whole assessment, including the report, works in English and Arabic.
Does the estimate include what Valkyn would charge?
No. The assessment shows savings only. The cost of building a solution depends on your exact process and is discussed on a call.
Can it estimate the saving from replacing Odoo or our CRM?
Yes. Choose the "work around your ERP or CRM" process to estimate the time lost to double entry and workarounds, and add the annual licence and support cost you could retire. That cost is shown separately as your own figure.
